This Privacy Policy applies to the Home Harmony Checklist mobile application and related services operated by Demel spol. s r.o. (the “Service Provider”).
This policy is effective as of 25 September 2026.
Information We Collect
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration and account creation are not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of normal network communication. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-Party Access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share personal data collected by the Application with third parties.
Data Retention
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct communication channel, that communication may be kept only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
If you have voluntarily provided information directly to the Service Provider, for example by email, you may request deletion of that information by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal requirements.
Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. No separate account cancellation process is required.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the exposure risk related to stored user personal data is minimal. The Service Provider nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to systems it operates.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach affecting stored app-user personal data is unlikely. If a security incident affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notification will be made where required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page together with an updated effective date. Where required by law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal.
